Payment Options
At Chronic Conditions Center we make care affordable for everyone. Our office accepts most insurance plans including Medicare and all Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. We also accept auto accident and worker’s compensation cases. Our billing department will be happy to do a free benefits verification. Then we can let you know in advance what benefits you may be entitled to get. And for people who have little or no chiropractic coverage, we also are a proud participating member with Care Credit. We have never allowed finances to get in the way of providing the best chiropractic care available. When you come to your first visit, bring your driver’s license and whichever medical insurance care you have. We will do the rest!
Blue Cross Blue Shield
We are a fully participating network provider for all Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. If you have a Blue Cross Blue Shield card, bring it with you to your first visit. We will do a benefits review for you at no cost. Then we can let you know what services are covered under your policy.
Medicare
Our office is a participating provider with Medicare Part B. This is great for those with this coverage as it will allow for a certain number of chiropractic adjustments based on the condition that is present. Medicare does not cover initial exams and various therapies. However, our office provides cash discounts for those services.
Auto Insurance & Workers Compensation
Chronic Conditions Center accepts all auto insurance claims (including lien cases), as well as worker’s compensation claims. For these cases, most people are fully covered at 100%. If you have been injured in a recent auto injury, you may be able to receive chiropractic treatment through your auto insurance plan. Please bring your auto insurance policy and claim information with you to your first visit and we will be happy to verify your benefits for you.
Cash Discounts
We have several different cash payment options available with up to 30% off our normal fees. A flexible extended payment plan with no financing charges is also available. If you do have “out-of-network” benefits for chiropractic care, we will be able to provide you with a superbill or itemized statement that could be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
